Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and efficient patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment during night shifts on weekends.
- Assess patients’ medical conditions accurately and promptly, prioritizing care based on acuity levels.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and symptoms, promptly recognizing and responding to any changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers, providing education and emotional support as needed.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in nursing practice and a dedication to promoting positive patient experiences.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Insert State].
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
