neer to join our remote team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, etc.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
3. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
4. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
5. Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Microsoft development and incorporate them into our projects.
7. Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
8. Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of software applications.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Microsoft Software Engineer or similar role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, etc.
4. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
5. Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
6. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
9. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure is a plus.
10. Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
