Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer support software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed.
