Job Details
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and methodologies
- Experience with prototype development and testing
- Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems and production metrics tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Develop and design robust manufacturing concepts to simplify/improve manufacturing processes to ensure best practice, performing structural and thermal analyses of components and assemblies, building prototypes, evaluating performance, identifying issues, and make improvements
- Institute quality control procedures to resolve quality control procedures
- Create and maintain required manufacturing process documentation including detailed work instructions, process flow charts, capacity and utilization studies, time and motion studies, standard work, cycle time analysis and line balancing
