We’re looking for a talented Network Master Scheduler to join our dynamic Titanium Production Planning team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with a team of motivated professionals dedicated to driving excellence in our supply chain processes.

What You’ll Do

 

  • Master Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain our master production schedule to ensure we meet our customers’ needs and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Implement and optimize supply planning and scheduling models to mitigate risks, reduce costs, and enhance readiness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production scheduling conflicts, facilitate decision-making, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead or support initiatives to improve our supply chain processes and drive organizational growth.
  • Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing updates, resolving issues, and fostering collaboration.

What You’ll Bring

 

  • Passion and Drive: A commitment to excellence and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a similar role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and quickly learn new processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel (including pivot tables and formulas), and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, OMP, etc.) is a plus.
