Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy operations or healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.
