Plans, develops, and implements events including conferences, conventions, and experiential one-off’s, etc. Conducts searches and provides recommendations for meeting and event sites. Determines needs such as type of venue, catering, amenities, and budget. Produces budget forecasts. Selects, negotiates and manages services with vendors. Job Level Summary

Primary Accountabilities

Participates in the logistical planning and management for conventions, conferences, meetings and experiential events.
Participates in the management and reconciliation of event budgets, ensuring timely completion within acceptable budget tolerances.
Plans, develops and distributes communications for promotions and/or events.
Leads mobile app administration for large scale events.
Develop and documents processes for promotions and/or events. 
Partners with external vendors for promotional and e-store items and promotional item requirements from various business partners.
Develop and maintain contest surveys and results for experiential events.
Administers service award program for field force.
