About the Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to join our Ecommerce team! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and tech-savvy, ready to help execute our merchandising strategy across digital platforms and marketplaces. This role is vital to the success of our direct-to-consumer business, collaborating directly with the Director of E-commerce and partnering with the Ecommerce, Design, and Operations teams. You will assist in overseeing and managing our ecommerce marketplaces, production, cataloging, and publishing of digital assets, and executing marketing strategies.

 

Responsibilities

Marketplace Management:

  • Manage our Amazon store to grow the channel, ensuring listing accuracy, winning the Buy Box, and maintaining a flawless Account Health score.
  • Oversee Shopify, eBay (InkFrog), Walmart, and Wayfair platforms, including PDP creation, price adjustments, and third-party app integrations.
  • Strategize featured products and product stories to enhance brand and ecommerce objectives while driving engagement.
  • Maintain the quality assurance of all category and product pages.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize storefront presentation and manage the product go-live process.

 

Marketing:

  • Collaborate on marketing objectives, including promotions and deals across marketplaces.
  • Work with the Design team on new product launch emails, post-purchase communications, and influencer marketing initiatives.

 

Order Fulfillment Assistance:

  • Monitor fraud alerts and create order logs.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment by coordinating with the Warehouse team.
  • Add tracking information to Shopify, eBay, and Walmart orders.

 

Loyalty & Retention Assistance:

  • Manage customer loyalty initiatives to increase repeat purchases and lifetime value.
  • Oversee the performance of the email channel and ensure consistency in branding across all communications.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills; you thrive on processes and meeting deadlines.
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce and marketing (experience with Amazon and Shopify is a plus).
  • Understanding of back-end operations and order management systems (FishBowl experience preferred).
  • Good product sensibility and ability to merchandise sites visually.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities, with excellent multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
