What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

– Conduct audits of internal and contract organizations to monitor performance measures
– Prepare audit reports identifying hazards and risks, and necessary corrective actions
– Inspect and audit contractor activities to meet compliance requirements
– Manage and coordinate Safety Management System (SMS) activities
– Perform fuel storage and delivery vendor audits

What is Required (Qualifications):

– Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and industry standards
– Ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and apply critical thinking skills
– Excellent organization, presentation, and report writing skills
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and IT systems knowledge
– Availability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

– FAA A&P Certificate or 5+ years commercial aviation experience
– Extensive knowledge of Excel and PC skills
– Experience with relational databases and Six Sigma methodology
