Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages (LCCB) is seeking an organized, professional, and detail-oriented Procurement Procure To Pay (P2P) Sr. Specialist to join our team.

Candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of procurement, invoice processing, and payment functions in a large corporate cloud environment, SAP experience is highly desired including the Ariba platform.

This position can be located anywhere in the Liberty territory

This position will oversee and perform Procurement P2P activities necessary to support all Liberty Departments and locations. Aid in the creation and enforcement of the company Procurement policies and procedures. Work requires independent and professional judgement and is performed under the general direction of the Procurement Director and/or Procurement Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates strong personal initiative, including integrity, accountability, communication skills and commitment to teamwork. Sets work objectives, maintains KPI’s relevant to the Procurement directives.
  • Assists in implementing policy and procedure around procurement and P2P processes.
  • Collaborate with the Indirect Tactical Procurement Specialist, Liberty HQ and Facility end users on local contract.
  • s and one-time purchases that are under Procurement review threshold.
  • Collaborate with Business Services North America (BSNA P2P) and Liberty Finance on our three control reports.
  • Open Purchase Orders, Open Liabilities, Daily P2P reports AP action items.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Master Data and AP to remove any invoice blocks/supplier hurdles – review and address workflows in ReadSoft/IMS that require Liberty P2P assistance.
  • Collaborate with other North America bottlers on Coke One North America (CONA) and related projects for system wide impact.
  • Runs and analyzes reports to support the Procurement Department goals/initiatives.
  • Collaborates on group training for procurement processes including Ariba and new initiatives through off-site meetings at Liberty Facilities and/or through Teams.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME)for Ariba Network in collaboration with BSNA – support catalogs, business end users, Vendor Master Data, training as required.
  • Strong computer skills and word processing. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SAP including Ariba, SharePoint.
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently independently as well as in a group.
  • Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal) and follow up effectively with Liberty employees and suppliers.
  • 30% travel required.

Qualifications

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Finance preferred.

Experience: 

  • 3 + years of procurement and AP procedures.
  • 2+ years on Negotiations and strategy implementation.

Skills:

  • SAP proficient including Ariba – Data Analysis – Office Suite proficient.
