Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security </strong>(BDS) is currently seeking an Associate Quality Engineer</strong> to support the Total Quality program in Saint Charles, Missouri</strong>.The successful candidate will support Weapons and Missile Systems programs, which operates in a lean environment and thrives on collaborative teaming and flexibility to support the high-volume, high-mix production operation. The agility and dynamic pace within Weapons allows opportunity for an individual's professional development and growth across a program life-cycle, spanning across a wide domestic and international customer market base.Position Responsibilities: </strong>n<ul>n t<li>Interacts and collaborates in partnership with inter-organizational personnel (e.g. production, design engineering) and external customers.</li>n t<li>Represents Quality organization by integrating quality system requirements and adding value toward providing solutions to technical and quality issues. Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation.</li>n t<li>Understands and applies job practices, standards, processes and concepts.</li>n t<li>Develops solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable and consistent with organization objectives.</li>n t<li>Collects and analyzes data; ability to generate and develop reporting metrics. Analyzes data trends, support improvement actions, evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.</li>n t<li>Develops sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.</li>n t<li>Performs process compliance audits and surveillances to ensure quality system compliance.</li>n t<li>Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.</li>n t<li>Provides material review guidance for non-conformances.</li>n t<li>Possesses general knowledge of other related disciplines across the value chain.</li>n t<li>Independently determines and develops approaches for solutions.</li>n t<li>Able to work under general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.</li>n</ul>nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.</strong>This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
