Be able to deliver client facing engagements which have a planned/fixed start and end. Analyze, transform and re-engineer its' operations and processes, in order to increase and improve the cost and satisfaction levels.nnResponsibilitiesnn<ul>n t<li>Ensuring success of mission critical Client facing projects, project support, escalations, solution approach and recommendations.</li>n t<li>Leading the organization designed to deliver Client facing efforts while driving efficiencies throughout the end-to-end process.</li>n t<li>Aligning the BU and IT leadership to Client facing efforts, to ensure proper accountability and alignment with Company and Client goals.</li>n t<li>Providing operational oversight, risk mitigation, governance, and compliance for assigned areas.</li>n t<li>Acting as a liaison with various business leaders and senior management teams.</li>n t<li>Driving the organization forward and holds accountable those responsible for the hundreds (even thousands) of daily actions and initiatives.</li>n</ul>nRequirementsnn<ul>n t<li>Demonstrate a wide and comprehensive understanding of, project management, IT systems, product development and operations/service delivery. This understanding will drive Client facing implementation teams.</li>n t<li>5-7 years leading large scale, geographically disbursed service delivery teams.</li>n t<li>5-7years years' experience working in the healthcare industry with good understanding of government healthcare programs such as Medicare, Medicaid and pharmacy</li>n t<li>Have progressive experience overseeing and managing large scale implementations for end-to- end system engagements.</li>n t<li>Experience in healthcare systems at either the Health Plan level or in a corporate environment.</li>n t<li>Provide exceptional people management skills and excellent track record of mentoring and staff retention.</li>n t<li>Have a background in healthcare and regulations and legislation.</li>n t<li>Experience with technology project delivery.</li>n t<li>Have a Bachelors degree</li>n t<li>Possess a consistent track record of successfully delivering Implementation projects on time and within budget.</li>n</ul>nFlexible WorkingnnAt Conduent, we want you to be yourself.
