As a Social Media Manager for Twitter, you will:

  • Handle all Twitter content, from strategy and planning to writing and and posting
  • Author and develop a consistent stream of fresh, clever, and creative content that engages and educates our communities, builds meaningful connections, and encourages community members to interact and take action
  • Prepare creative briefs and work closely with designers, video artists, and other social media managers to drive visually and strategically elevated content
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to initiate, produce, and measure the success of social campaigns
  • Have a good understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO
  • Remain current with new technologies, best practices, and trends. Use tracking tools to continuously improve our content by analyzing our performance and making data driven decisions.
