Position Summary

This is a Remote Nationwide role !

This is a telework role with an 8 hour shift required within the time frame of 7:00am-5:00pm Arizona time.

 

The Nurse Case Manager utilizes her clinical skills telephonically. The Nurse Case Manager is responsible for telephonically assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating all case management activities with members from our Federal Plans. The CM is responsible to evaluate the medical needs of the member in order to facilitate and promote the member’s overall wellness. The CM develops a proactive course of action to address issues presented to enhance the member’s short and long term outcomes.

Required Qualifications

– Registered Nurse that must hold an active and unrestricted license in their state of residence and have the ability to be licensed in all non-compact states.

– 3+ years clinical practice experience required

– Proficient in using Windows / Microsoft Office products

 

Preferred Qualifications

-Case management experience preferred

-Case Manager Certification

 

Education

Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
