This role will be critical for supporting execution of all L&D and Talent-related interventions in HBS and on a need basis support other GBS sites as well. This role will play an important role in data analysis & preparing the dashboard to produce critical data insights for continuous improvements at GBS.
This role requires ‘strong attention to detail’ and will need to work with various stakeholders in HBS and manage end-to-end logistics and program coordination in close collaboration with TMOD Leads and Local site stakeholders.
A few elements in this role will evolve over a period as the learning & talent strategy for GBS gets defined.

 

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end program coordination & logistics Management
    • Own execution of programs with a thorough understanding of logistics requirements and ensuring timely execution.
    • Coordinate with local stakeholders at different sites in building & maintaining the internal trainer database.
    • Prepare local learning calendar as needed and manage communication.
  • Data analytics & Effectiveness measurement
    • Continuous monitoring of program feedback and running focus groups at HBS and across other sites.
    • Analyze the data for various learning programs, record feedback, and drive actions for continuous improvement.
    • Produce a dashboard to drive critical insights
  • External vendor engagement
    • Manage vendor database and support end-to-end execution of vendor engagements as per PepsiCo guidelines

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong execution skills (L&D)
  • ~5+ years experience in L&D
  • Attention to details
  • Experience with coordinating execution of large-scale L&D programs, vendor evaluation & effectiveness measurement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Agility; can adapt well to changing requirements
