We’re currently looking for a top-notch Contract Recruiter to join our specialized, in-demand Talent Acquisition team. On our team, you will lead the development, implementation, and execution of project-based sourcing and recruiting strategies tailored specifically to each business unit you work with.
You will source, pre-screen, manage onsite interviews, extend offers to, and negotiate salaries with some of the world’s most talented candidates while working on a variety of skill sets in various locations.
In this role, you will also own the relationships with hiring managers and their teams. You’ll build trust and rapport quickly while acting as the subject-matter expert on the recruiting process. You will coach hiring managers on recruiting and interview strategies and oversee the entire staffing process to ensure a positive customer experience for VMware teams and candidates alike.

 

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience with a short lifecycle recruiting process.
  • Experience recruiting in an event-based environment is preferred.
  • Experience creating detailed sourcing plans that ensure business requirements are met.
