We are looking for a motivated and confident Online Account Support Associate to join our team at Tesla in New York City. As an Entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and support to online account holders.
2. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively through email, chat, and phone communication.
3. Assist with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
4. Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless online experience for customers.
5. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to enhance the online account process.
6. Stay up to date on Tesla products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
4. Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
5. Basic computer skills and proficiency with technology.
