 This role is responsible for welcoming and assisting clients and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail. Our receptionist need to have strong communication skills and a willingness to help with any miscellaneous tasks.

Job Description

 

  • Work experience as a Customer Service, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • A high school degree, and office management Certification are a plus
