Fully reporting publicly traded OTC company (pink sheet) is seeking an experienced accountant to prepare a consolidated financial workbook for submission to an external auditing firm and the SEC. Company operations are relatively small and straightforward. Financial filings are submitted quarterly (10Q and 10K filings). Our corporate controller inputs all transactions in QuickBooks. All spreadsheets and consolidated workbooks are available from the previous financial preparer. Quarterly financial preparation should typically take an experience preparer several hours per quarter.

Ideal candidate has experience with the following:

– Financial preparation for publicly traded companies

– Calculating derivative liability as it pertains to convertible promissory notes

– Preparing profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

– 10Q and 10K filings (preferred but not required)
