About the position:

Kōv Essentials is seeking a part-time remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The role will contribute by delivering great customer service while helping our team improve our customer service procedures, policies and systems.

The ideal candidate is a customer-centric and detail-oriented self-starter who is also passionate about beauty and fashion. The Candidate must be available Monday through Friday to work varying hours depending on incoming traffic, for a total of roughly 10 hours per week.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide product information and assist customers with their orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and report trends in customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Gorgias, and Stallion Express is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using technology and various software applications.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
