• Proactive problem-solver who tackles issues before they even arise

• Not afraid to conduct business over-the-phone, by email, and in-person
• Intermediate to advanced user familiar with Excel/Google Sheets – MUST HAVE
• Proficient in using Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication, along with exceptional attention to detail

Duties (including, but not limited to):

• Provide general support to our in-office and remote team as needed
• Verifying and processing pick ticket orders from warehouse using osCommerce and ShipWorks software
• Processing orders on our e-commerce sites (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.)
• Handle all customer complaints with grace and professionalism
• Updating and maintaining financial spreadsheets for Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Occasional fulfilling of orders in the warehouse (using light machinery)
• Occasional help with updating inventory when we receive shipments
• Proactively following up with customers for on-time payment
• Conduct collections from any overdue accounts
• General clerical work (making copies, filing paperwork, laminating, scanning, etc.)
• Data entry of all payments into our Quickbooks system
• Conduct research for new products, competitor prices, and tradeshows
