Job Summary:

We are a property management company located in North Vancouver, currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Property Manager/Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who is recently licensed (A candidate registered for UBC property management course and will obtain his/her license soon might be considered) . This role presents an opportunity for professional growth and development in the field. This is a junior rule suitable for someone who wants to start their carrier in Property Management.

Role Overview:
As a Property Manager/Assistant, your main responsibility will be to show properties to prospective tenants, assist other property managers or realtors with open houses, conduct move-in/move-out inspections, attend showings, and help with the preparation of related paperwork. You will work under the supervision of the Director of the company oversee the day-to-day operations of properties in the Vancouver Area. This role will involve a combination of office and remote work.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Experience in generating leads and executing marketing initiatives is preferred
  • Preparation of correspondence, scheduling showings, and managing real estate paperwork
  • Flexibility to host multipole showing and open houses at different times/days
  • Must reside in Greater Vancouver Area, able to host showings in the North Shore, Vancouver, Burnaby, Tricity and other areas.
  • Flexible schedule and possession of a valid Driver’s License, Car, and Laptop
  • Passion for residential property management and commitment to delivering excellent service

Pay: From $1,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
