As Project Analyst, in Payments Implementations, you will spend each day working with our online dashboards and heir support team to ensure our numbers and data are accurate. You will work with the global Implementations organization to deliver productivity reports, scorecards, metrics, and ad-hoc data analysis. You will interact with Senior Management for the organization, as well as our partners in Product, Finance, Client Service and Operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish metrics reporting, tools and data sets to track Implementations progress against production targets
- Measure, analyze and report on data to ensure both weekly and long-term strategic production goals are met
- Investigate, analyze and help resolve Implementations issues with data analysis and respond to ad-hoc queries
- Develop and facilitate Executive level presentations and metrics for daily, weekly and monthly reporting/updates to Payment Implementations Management
- Assist in promoting and sustaining people focused culture
- Assist in driving improvement in overall client experience
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Proven ability to communicate and interact with senior level management
- Ability to quickly understand complex subject matter, thing strategically, and help solve complex problems
- Very strong written and verbal communication sills
- Very strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in databases/data marts and developing data analytics using Alteryx workflows
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as, the ability to multi-task and prioritize issues
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Experience in Corporate and Investment Banking technology or operations, and product knowledge
- Cash Management and Treasury Services
Work Schedule
- This hybrid role required going into the office three days a week with two days flexibility to work from home, subject to change
