What you’ll do:

Act as the voice of our brand on Reddit, engaging with the community by responding to comments, posts, and messages in a timely and authentic manner. Actively manage and moderate our subreddit to ensure a welcoming and informative environment.
Stay informed about current trends, discussions, and topics on Reddit, providing insights to improve our brand’s presence and engagement.
Monitor community metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and sentiment.
Act as a bridge between the Reddit community and Awesomic, collecting feedback, suggestions, and concerns.
Work with our Marketing and Social Media team to align Reddit activities with broader social media strategies.

Have proven experience managing online communities on Reddit. Deep understanding of Reddit’s culture, communities, and subreddits.
Have an ability to handle unexpected challenges and community issues effectively.
