We are part of the Business Infrastructure & Technology Services (BITS) Organization that is responsible for enabling the required technology to support the business.

You will be responsible for working with the AI ML Leadership team to prioritize and execute the most impactful programs and initiatives for the organization.  We are looking for a leader who can manage a team and provide oversight on the delivery of the programs with discipline and rigor.

Your way to impact:

This role will partner with the AI ML leadership during the planning process to prioritize the book of work and through continuous collaboration and leadership, ensure those initiatives and programs are delivered with consistency, discipline, and rigor.

The Sr. Manager will have the ability to partner with the BITS PMO Director to establish program management standardization and consistency across PayPal.

Your day to day:

• Provide oversight on the delivery of the most impactful initiatives and programs.
• Lead Steering Committee meetings with Business and Technology leaders to provide an update.
• Act as a steward for driving consistency and standardization in managing/delivering programs.
• Manage a team of Program Managers supporting the AI ML programs.
