Job Overview: We are on the lookout for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating new business opportunities and setting the stage for successful client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to make a significant impact on our company’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Engage with leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Understand client needs and articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently articulate a value proposition and handle objections.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
