Full job description

TIM HORTONS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Full-time shift manager at high volume Tim Hortons in Brampton.

Potential leadership candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • minimum 1 year Tim Hortons experience
  • strong leadership & people skills
  • ability to multi-task under pressure
  • guide & coach team members to success
  • knowledge of Tim Hortons audit ready standards
  • cost control knowledge for food & labour
  • flexible schedule and reliable transportation
  • excellent English skills
  • ability to provide fast & efficient guest service at a high traffic pace
  • good health and physical ability to be on your feet for long periods of time, able to bend, lift & move equipment & stock as needed

 

Schedule:

  • Day shift & Evening shifts available
  • must be able to work a Weekend shift
