We are looking for a Call Center Officer to join our team at Coca-Cola, to work from home in Los Angeles, California. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with resolving any issues or queries they may have. This is a part-time entry-level position, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with information about our products and services. 2. Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues. 4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
