ial Media Virtual Assistants. Our ideal candidates have at least one year of experience working with social media professionally, are comfortable with moderate-advanced Canva use, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy learning new tools and techniques as needed.

Our clients are busy professionals and business owners who need help managing their social media account(s). Our job is to help them identify how we can help and make their lives easier by freeing up their time and streamlining the social media process. We help execute their strategy, accurately portray their brand, and keep things running smoothly for them.

 

A typical day might include:

● Designing a batch of static or video posts for the following week

● Researching relevant hashtags for a promo series or marketing initiative your client is pushing

● Writing captions for posts that are aligned with your Client’s brand voice and tone

● Scheduling multiple posts across various social media platforms

● Communicating with clients to provide instruction, assistance, and advice on social media posts, processes and organization, and opportunities to improve their engagement

Our Social Media VAs serve several Clients simultaneously, making for a very flexible, interesting, and engaging workday.

Our VAs come from everywhere and are going places. If you have a great attitude, great attention to detail, love hyper-flexibility, and believe it’s important to lift as you rise, we’d love to talk to you.

 

Required qualifications:

● At least one year of experience in a Social Media role

● Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week

● You’ve worked in a remote or in-person office setting for 5+ years in an administrative role (Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Social Media Assistant or Coordinator, Marketing Director, or even CEO!)

● You are proactive and gutsy! The nature of VA work requires tenacity, adaptability, and a love of learning on the fly. And of course, the ability to juggle several tasks for multiple clients.

● You have better-than-average attention to detail and great grammar.

● You’re familiar with office technologies, including Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, and at least one social media management platform (Hey Orca, Later, Planoly, etc)

● You’re organized and resourceful enough to be able to work through a new task, system, or snafu a client may have with relative ease using the tools you have.

● A work location that is professional and appropriate for meeting with corporate clients

● Demonstrated ability to handle high-level Social Media Assistant tasks in a professional setting
