Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute equipment, consumables, and services sales, meeting targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale support.
- Develop new business prospects through networking and lead follow-ups.
- Present customer-specific solutions and foster strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams for optimal solutions and maintain customer relationships.
- AutoCAD experience preferred; entrepreneurial mindset required.
- Strong sales cycle management and communication skills.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Ability to travel overnight as needed.
- Market research knowledge, sales and negotiating principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline “mechanical or industrial), preferred.
- Five plus years of outside sales experience, ideally in automated equipment sales.
- Experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a startup environment.
- Proven track record in an Account Executive or similar role.
