Responsibilities:

– Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding their bookings
– Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and finding solutions to their problems
– Manage customer complaints and ensure a timely resolution
– Utilize Booking.com’s systems and tools to navigate through booking information and provide accurate information to customers
– Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
– Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company
– Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Strong communication skills both written and verbal
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to navigate through multiple systems
– A positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
