You will be joining the Partner (Human) Resources Organization (PRO), as part of the Total Rewards team, reporting to the manager, program management, global recognition, and partner perks. You will work with others across various organizations to support and create experiences that are meaningful to partners.

 

As a sr. project manager – global recognition, you will…

Deliver business value by applying tools and techniques to drive cross-functional planning and collaboration on impactful recognition projects. You will support the creation of the future of recognition at Starbucks. To do this, you will:

Own the overall operations of the partner recognition program, including defining and delivering program operations; and assist with the platform management, improvements, features, and functionality to amplify the partner experience through the recognition portfolio.

  • Collect partner feedback and ideas to influence future projects.
  • Work cross-functionally between programs to anticipate needs and ensure the recognition program delivers on the partner experience.
  • Partner with vendors in the continued design, implementation, and sustainment of recognition projects.
  • Perform core project management duties, including guiding the project through formal approval and funding gates; developing a project plan that includes a detailed budget, project timeline, detailed task-driven schedule, project RASCI and resource plan, and communication plan; and managing project execution from analysis/design through build, test, and deployment.
  • Drive cross-functional enterprise projects by leading work streams that include high-performing, often globally distributed teams.
