Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

The Partnerships Solutions team is within Google’s Global Partnerships organization. The team collaborates across all of Google to identify cross-product area innovation for strategic partners.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google’s partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments, and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, and go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own core business operations for the team.
  • Manage an evolving portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives that advance the AMS Partnerships Solutions organization.
  • Drive critical analysis, and make recommendations on priorities and escalations (e.g., business strategy and success metrics, resource allocation, talent management, etc.).
  • Provide clear communications, navigate from influencing senior stakeholders to communicating priorities and driving business cadence at scale with the team.
