Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our mission and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the company.
• Manage and lead the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and objectives.
• Manage external audits and tax compliance.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role, preferably in the medical products or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Analytical mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
