Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective channel strategies for each client, including video ideas, thumbnail concepts, and overall vision for the channel
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure high-quality video production and provide necessary guidance and resources
  • Manage a team of thumbnail designers and scriptwriters to ensure the production of high-quality content
  • Analyze channel performance and data to gain insights and improve overall strategy
  • Stay updated on YouTube trends and opportunities to create viral content for clients’ channels
  • Provide feedback to clients on video recordings to improve performance
  • Identify areas for improvement and bottlenecks in the operation and strategy to scale channels further and faster

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in YouTube strategy and video production, with a track record of growing successful channels
  • Familiarity with the business and finance niche is preferred
  • Strong work ethic and resilience, with a passion for making an impact
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work long hours when necessary
  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Ambitious and dedicated to achieving big results
  • Experience in team management and working within a business is a plus
