Company operations are relatively small and straightforward. Financial filings are submitted quarterly (10Q and 10K filings). Our corporate controller inputs all transactions in QuickBooks. All spreadsheets and consolidated workbooks are available from the previous financial preparer. Quarterly financial preparation should typically take an experience preparer several hours per quarter.
