Position Overview:
As a Project Controls Cost Engineer, you will be responsible for providing hands on project cost control services to one or more projects, as part of a portfolio ranging from highly standardized / small scale to sophisticated and unique projects.
You will also provide guidance and deliver project cost control plans to suit the project execution strategy and needs. Producing accurate and timely reporting input and analysis to the project team using the project applicable procedures and process workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cost management services for construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare regular financial reports and cost analysis.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in project controls management within the industrial or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Ecosystem, SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
