Job Requirements:

• Provide remote/on-site technical support for end-users, workstations, servers, network equipment

• Estimated 60% to 80% work from home, you must have a suitable workspace

• Project implementation, may include Windows workstations and servers, switches, firewalls, cloud components

• Log all activity in the ticketing system.

• Remote and on-site support and administration for Windows server environments

• Remote and on-site support and administration for hosted solutions

• Utilize our remote monitoring and management (RMM) and professional services automation (PSA) tools to provide remote user and system support

 

 

Desirable experience:

• Active Directory / Group Policy

• AntiVirus products

• Backup and recovery

• Desktop support

• DFS

• Firewalls: SonicWALL or Fortigate preferred

• Malware removal

• MS Office

• MS 365

• Network services: DNS | DHCP | TCPIP

• Network switches / VLAN

• Scripting with PowerShell, VBScript, or Kixtart

Desirable qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology field, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Microsoft Certified Professional status

• 3 to 5 years of applicable experience.

• Highly driven, self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team environment.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

 

Hours:

• Monday – Friday

• 8am – 5pm

• Occasional off-hours work will be required
