As an Expert Level Amazon Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies on the Amazon platform. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing, and brand management to drive growth and maximize the visibility and success of our brand on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement a holistic brand strategy tailored specifically for Amazon, aligning it with the overall brand objectives and business goals. This involves understanding the target audience, market trends, and competitor analysis to position the brand effectively.
- Product Listing Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to optimize product listings on Amazon. Ensure compelling product titles, engaging bullet points, accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.
- Amazon Advertising Management: Create, manage, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and allocate budgets to achieve optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Content and Creative Development: Oversee the creation of captivating and brand-aligned content for Amazon product pages, A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content), and brand stores. Maintain consistency in messaging and visuals to reinforce the brand identity.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory management, timely product replenishment, and inventory forecasting to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
- Pricing and Promotion Strategy: Analyze pricing trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to develop effective pricing and promotion strategies that enhance product visibility, sales, and profitability.
- Review and Reputation Management: Implement strategies to manage customer reviews and enhance the brand’s reputation on Amazon. Address negative feedback promptly and encourage positive reviews to build trust with customers.
- Performance Analytics and Reporting: Utilize various analytics tools and data to measure the success of brand initiatives on Amazon. Prepare regular reports and provide insights to key stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
- Stay Abreast of Amazon Policies and Trends: Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s evolving policies, guidelines, and best practices. Proactively identify new opportunities and emerging trends to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully managing Amazon brand accounts and driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, algorithms, and e-commerce best practices.
- Proficient in utilizing Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and various third-party tools for analytics and automation.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional project management and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
