Job Overview:

Mozaic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a key player in our B2B Enterprise sales division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with businesses operating in the Creator Economy. This role demands a deep understanding of financial technology, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise landscapes. This role will report directly to the SVP of Growth & Co-founder.

Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B Enterprise sales strategy that aligns with Mozaic’s business objectives, focusing on the Music Industry and Creator Economy.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential enterprise clients within the Creator Economy and Music Industry, cultivating relationships and generating qualified leads.
  • Sales Closing: Lead the negotiation and closing process for enterprise deals, ensuring successful contract execution and revenue generation. Employ effective closing techniques and strategies to secure high-value partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target enterprise accounts.
  • Solution Selling: Understand clients’ business challenges and tailor Mozaic’s financial solutions to meet their specific needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of Mozaic’s products and services.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads. Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish and achieve key performance indicators, including but not limited to revenue targets, deal closure rates, and customer acquisition metrics. Regularly report on KPIs to the leadership team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless experience for enterprise clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make data-driven decisions and provide valuable insights to the leadership team.
  • Team Management: Train and develop sales representatives, set and report on individual and team performance, and set and maintain a departmental budget.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B Enterprise sales, preferably within the FinTech industry and/or Music Industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Creator Economy, digital content creation, and emerging trends in the financial technology sector.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Results-Driven: A self-starter with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive overall business success.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to evolving market dynamics.
