Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and client visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
• Visits customers to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Develop, prepare, and execute formal presentations that are tailored to meet our potential/existing customers’ needs.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
