##Responsibilities:

  • Achieve established sales targets.
  • Develop new clients and maintain existing relationships through prospecting, outbound calls, emails, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Evaluate clients’ technology issues and offer a variety of solutions.
  • Manage client accounts from beginning to end, including prospecting, billing, and renewals.
  • Build relationships with manufacturing and distribution partners.
  • Attend training courses and complete certifications to continuously build technical knowledge.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of the sales process and supplier programs.
  • Ensure precise CRM data management.
  • Travel may be required as needed.

 

##Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Value Added Reseller (VAR) experience is mandatory for consideration.
  • Previous experience in selling Information Technology is required. Experience with Managed Services Providers (MSP) is highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience selling computer hardware, software products, solutions, and services to mid-market end users is required. Experience in Telecom, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Services is a plus.
  • Cross-market IT infrastructure/industry knowledge is required (e.g., HP Enterprises, HP Inc., Dell, EMC, VMware, Cisco, Lenovo, Microsoft, Apple, etc.).
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing in net-new business.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, with a strong desire for financial success.
  • Ability to work and communicate clearly in a technical environment.
