JOB DESCRIPTION

 

We are looking for a talented Support Specialist – Level I. As a Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions, responsible for managing phone and Intercom support, ensuring effective team communication, and actively contributing to content creation initiatives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Customer Interactions
    • Provide top-notch support to clients through phone and Intercom, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Foster positive relationships with clients and consistently strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Team Engagement
    • Actively participate in team meetings and engagement activities to strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing.
    • Contribute to a positive team environment and actively engage with colleagues to meet collective goals.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, including documentation steps in understandable terms
  • Experience with Salesforce and Intercom preferred
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
  • Basic technical skills with inquisitiveness and a desire to learn new software products and offerings
