Wrigglesworth Enterprises is growing its team and we are looking for someone with previous e-commerce experience to grow within the organization.

We provide items across a wide array of categories on our own e-commerce website, through Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc. We are looking for someone who can work independently and as a team to process orders, analyze trends, provide customer support, optimize listings, and perform various other tasks in support of these channels.

Our marketplace development team connects brands with customers across marketplace sites such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and more. Our suite of software is customized to expediently get orders processed, maintain high levels of customer service, and keep up to date on changes in the market. We have aligned ourselves with the biggest brands to leverage the largest marketplaces to create a B2C e-commerce environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Hours: 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday.
  • Internet access.
  • This is a remote position, computer and other equipment provided by employer.
  • Maintain an open google meet throughout the entire workday.
  • Overtime may be necessary during peak seasons.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Results-oriented, self-sufficient, and collaborative
  • Strong critical thinking capabilities to understand and resolve customer and order related issues.
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, with superior prioritization skills and have flexibility with the changing business needs in a fast paced, team environment
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Salesforce, ChannelAdvisor, ShipStation, Excel, G-Suite, Netsuite, Oracle, ProShip, Epicor, or related software is preferred.

 

Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Process customer orders within ChannelAdvisor and vendor software.
  • Communicate order issues with your team lead.
  • Handle order exceptions according to SOP’s.
  • Addressing customer service issues via e-mail using SalesForce.
  • Addressing customer service issues via incoming phone calls.
  • Answering non-eCommerce phone calls and relaying the message to the appropriate team.
  • Completing assigned data entry or verification projects on an as-needed basis.
  • Addressing customer feedback in Amazon Seller Central.
  • Provide feedback and/or ideas to improve the customers’ experience
