What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

– Lead and facilitate process improvement teams using quality tools and strategies

– Collect and analyze data from process improvement initiatives
– Develop action plans to improve outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):

– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– Minimum of two years of quality management or process improvement experience
– Ability to track, monitor, and report process improvement initiatives
– Knowledge of qualitative improvement tools and methodologies
– Strong analytical and innovative thinking skills
