Reporting to the JJ Spaces Managing Directors, TheAccount Handler will be responsible for driving and converting enquiries to confirmed bookings across JJ Spaces: Photoshoots, filmings, events, off-camera.

You will drive occupancy and exceed monthly sales targets, whilst also building and nurturing robust relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

You will be working with some of the biggest clients in TV/Film & Fashion, including Dior, Netflix, Loewe.

Responsibilities:

Receive and interpret briefs and present accurate options from our existing database quickly and efficiently

Driving sales and growing your pipeline with outbound calls to existing and prospective clients. Pro-actively generating new business is a core part of the role, connecting with prospective clients and previous bookings to maximise revenue.

Diary Management: An overview of all jobs coming through the business at any time and strategically managing options to amplify sales.

Assisting Studio MDs in tasks to maximise service.

Effectively Negotiating rates with clients and spaces.

Working closely with the Front of House team – feeding and handing over all relevant information to ensure they have all the tools and knowledge to seamlessly run all shoots in an operational capacity, including daily PPM’s

Candidate skills and attributes:

  • Previous achiever in a sales driven or target based role, understanding the intricacies of negotiations and getting jobs over the line.
  • Self motivator – sales targets and conversion rates are set to exceed each month.
  • Confident, outgoing and welcoming, both in person and on the phone. You will be working with high calibre clients and representing JJ so you must be able to work with clients at all levels and be the driver in all negotiations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Ability to resolve queries and complaints in a practical and positive manner
  • Excellent communicator, who can ensure that all information is shared out to the relevant parties in as efficient a manner as possible.
  • Exceptionally organised and detail focussed, able to multi-task and run multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, always looking for new opportunities for JJ
