Quality Control Coordinator

We are seeking for a quality control coordinator to support our Production Manager in maintaining the highest quality standards possible . This role is in charge of organizing and overseeing quality control procedures, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. This role will delegate tasks, conduct audits, set goals, establish guidelines, gather and analyze vendor feedback, and develop strategies to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Processing of all inbound shipments
• Physically quality checking all jewelry with great attention to detail
• Logging Inbound receipts in Shopify/ WMS
• Auditing Packing Lists and flagging discrepancies to relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Managing Proper Storage of all physical goods
• Maintaining sample book for all new styles
• Prioritizing QC in partnership with the Production Coordinator/ Manager to ensure urgent styles are prioritized and QC is completed within return to vendor window
• Maintaining record of QC’ed product/ Updating Vendor Fail Rate Report
• Managing All Vendor Returns/ Repairs
• Initiating Communication with Vendor and creating resolution plan
• Creating and monitoring international return shipments according to US import and carrier requirements
• Establish and maintain reporting on defective material trends or concerns in partnership with Customer Care team

Our Ideal Candidate:

• You have at least 2+ years of experience in operations, production or supply chain.
• A genuine interest in jewelry/ accessories is highly encouraged.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Excel.
• Excellent time management skills
• Professional communication skills
• The ability to collaborate closely with a larger production team

Position Overview:

• Full-Time Position: Mon-Fri 9AM-530PM
• On-site in our Hoboken, NJ studio
