As a Sr. Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in a collaborative work environment in cross-functional teams, contributing to the ongoing success of our members and organization. Reporting within CIRMA’s Workers Compensation Claims department, providing prompt and courteous service to the CIRMA-member employer and the injured employee by analyzing claims, determining compensability, setting the reserves and managing all claims to closure in the most efficient and effective manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

· BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.

· Valid CT Adjusters License.

· 7 or more years of experience

· Excellent oral and written communications skills.

· Strong collaborative and time management skills.

· Microsoft Office a plus.
