Qualifications:
- 2+ years of individual and business tax preparation experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field is recommended
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent is a plus
- Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience working independently on multiple assignments
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft products: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience with Thomson Reuters UltraTax CS and related CS Professional Suite products is a plus
