Lead and manage a team of thumbnail designers and scriptwriters, fostering a creative and productive environment to consistently deliver exceptional content
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate channel performance, identify trends, and refine strategies for optimal growth
Stay abreast of YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities to innovate and create viral content strategies for client channels
Offer constructive feedback to clients on video content to enhance engagement and performance metrics
Identify operational bottlenecks and strategize scalable solutions to accelerate channel growth and efficiency

Qualifications:

Proven track record in YouTube strategy development and channel growth, demonstrating a deep understanding of YouTube’s best practices and algorithm dynamics
Strong dedication and commitment to achieving results, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines and support client needs
Exceptional organizational abilities and adeptness at handling diverse tasks under pressure
Capacity to manage feedback constructively and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, essential for client interactions and team collaboration
Ambitious and self-motivated, driven to deliver significant impact and drive channel success
Ideally, experience in team leadership or management within a creative or business environment
Familiarity with business and education sectors, particularly in relation to content strategies, is advantageous
